The Team Lead is a hands‑on supervisory role designed to protect quality, support the team, and model our standards—while still performing regular cleaning duties. This role serves as a development pathway to Front‑Line Manager for the right person.
This is not a manager role. It is a standards‑bearing, culture‑carrying, execution‑focused position.

What Team Leads Do
This role blends execution + light supervision:
· Perform regular commercial cleaning to company standards
· Fill in on routes when team members call off
· Train and onboard new cleaners using documented systems
· Inspect buildings and ensure quality
· Communicate issues clearly and respectfully to leadership
· Assist with special projects and deep cleans
This role does not manage payroll, budgets, or hiring decisions.
Authority & Scope
· Trusted with keys/codes and quality oversight (if applicable)
· Acts as on‑site supervisor during assigned shifts
· Escalates issues rather than ignoring them
· Models expectations instead of enforcing through authority

Schedule & Compensation Snapshot
· Evening shifts (typically Monday–Friday, 5:30pm–12:00am)
· Part‑time or full‑time options
· Starting pay from $16.50–$18.00/hour
· Paid training
· Performance & anniversary bonuses
· Holiday pay
· Travel pay between buildings
· Gas allowance

· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
· Willingness to follow systems and checklists
